It happens to my daughter too, at first I felt concerned and my mum said I should use warm water to massage not satisfied and went to see paedriatian and I was told I should leave her so I guess it's normal in some child if not all

It happens to me too, but I was told my baby store breastmilk inside his breast thats why. So I used warm water to massage it always and it has gone. Try it or visit your doctor
