My almost 6 months daughter urine has reduced. I usually change her maybe 2-3 times per day due to urine but since yesterday it's not frequent today I used a panty and, not a diaper since it was hot I wanted to be sure if she urinates or not since morning til now she only did twice so I'm getting worried should I be concerned?

Also if you breastfeed lactate well but still concerned about the urine output, then you should see a paediatrician who will quantify the amount of urine the child passes in 24 hours. That is the only way we can be sure if the urine output is truly reduced or not.
