Am also nursing my girl n sometimes I wish they are two due to the excessive breast milk. Drink pop with milk, tea, drink water a lot, eat amala,rice, beans, in fact all kinds of food n nourish it with fruits. Make sure u don't go hungry, you can eat snacks in BTW food
