Since Tuesday that my baby went for immunization, she has been crying all day. Please what could be the cause?

The vaccine (I’m guessing one of the pentavalents) is the cause as it does cause discomfort in some babies and makes them cranky, within the next 2 days, the discomfort will wear off and your baby would be fine. Well done mama
